Like most things in this world, the idea started simple enough.

 

Lots of people call and email me for videography questions, although sometimes late, I try as much to reply to each and everyone. Three year ago, blogs were al the craze and so I started one with the intention of imparting the kowledge I knew from years of experience of making videos and winging

Lots of people call and email me for videography questions, although sometimes late, I try as much to reply to each and everyone.

Three year ago, blogs were al the craze and so I started one with the intention of imparting the kowledge I knew from years of experience of making videos and winging it ;-).

And like most blogs, it died a natural uneventful and un-updated death.

Lightbulb.

I knew firsthand how valuable net forums could be (being active in internationla video forums and the early days of PinoyDVD. Why not convert the blog into a forum for aspiring and professional local wedding videographers?  And why not leverage the power of a community helping out rather than just one peson?

enter the Pinoyvideomaker.com Forum.

It took three years to organize the first eyeball but it was worth the wait. My deepest appreciation goes out to the sponsors, the organizers, the speakers and of course the members who keep the community alive and active.
