We were absolutely baking in the church during the ceremony!

Not because of the heat but we were truly cooking up something special for Nat and Grace.  Served piping hot and fresh during the reception.  Bon Apetit!

You have to give respect to a couple who had the option to wed in Sweden, London or Germany and yet instead chose to get married here in the Philippines.

I guess somehow, both of them had to get back to their roots.

Everything went perfect on the wedding day and the couple coudn’t be more happier.  It belied the semi-panic state James was in a week prior (no suit!).

I suppose  seeing Tania walk down San Agustin’s aisle for the first time, there was nothing to be felt but calm and contenment.

Sometimes you just can’t help but shoot yourself in the foot.  I think a year ago, in a hissy fit, I wrote a piece totally dissing Cebu Pacific for a botched flight.  I mean, it’s one man against a big ugly corporation right?

Then I meet Jinno - who is a pilot in the said airline - first thing he does is apologize for the incident in which he is totally not a part of.  I realize big corporation is comprised of real humans too.  What an embarrassing way to start a client meeting.

Lesson learned - Don’t be a bitch.  =)  (Maybe that’s why I never write about politics.)

I actually owe a lot to Ralph.  We met weeks before their wedding and the subject matter digressed to comicbooks.  He turned me on to the latest Green Lantern story arc - Blackest Night and its preludes.  I immediately picked up a copy of the Sinestro Corps War.

It was totally “un-put-down-able” and was the best comic book I read all year and eagerly anticipated Blackest Night.  It truly did what a great comick book did - take you away and leave you breathless.

I digress.

Ralph put a lot of thought to hi music selection for this Same Day Edit.  It’s original music video was nothing short of genius and so the video had to keep up.
