Les, Don and I were supposed to meet up in San Francisco last October to shoot their love story.  But Re:Frame got so busy I  didn’t even had time to ridee a cable car.

I kinda thought they forgot the idea altogether until I got signals that - yup, they wanted their love story!

And it was indeed something well worth telling.

And so on their wedding day, we set out early to Tagaytay to shoot interviews of friends and family, I had to edit that, shoot the wedding and then edit the same day edit.

On my FB status, it read - Today - I will do the impossible.

I found out that the impossible can be done.  Only, I’m not willing to do it again ;-).

But for Don and Les, maybe a 2nd time.

What are the chances of a Bride requesting for a Smashing Pumpkins song for her Same Day Edit?

One in a thousand.

And that one chance happened last January 3.

In the phonecall during the drive up to Tagaytay, she mentioned Tonight Tonight was her one and only choice.  Adding that she ranks SP up there with the Beatles. I couldn’t agree more.

Pressed for time (as always), we managed to finish the SDE. The playback was overwhelming! Never would have I imagined Corgan blaring through speakers in full volume, strings soaring, drums pounding.  I hope you enjoy watching this as I had much as we had putting it together.

Hot on the heels of his brother Raymond’s wedding, now it was Carlo’s turn.
Sukob it wasn’t, because Catherine and Carlo were already technically married (civilly).
