A Horny Story: Han Gaisano and Oliver Gan’s Short Film

It was an absolute joy to have worked with the couple for this project. It was carte blanche from the get-go so we thought of something that pushed the imagination.
And the brilliant idea came from the bride herself and cousin Tanya - a metaphor so literal it was genius. (aah the wonders of brainstorming while drinking).
Major props to the crew who made the shooting peachy. WETA and LucasArts were fully booked so we had to rely on the Makeup Studio Team for the “special effects”.

Hey Jason, nice concept! Looks like this was fun to shoot. I like the compositions and camera movements around the poker table in particular, and the shot of his shadow as he walks up to her when she’s sitting on the bench.
Funny concept with the horns. I guess when he met the “one” he stopped thinking with them and no longer needed it, haha.
