Joanne and Rene: A Caleruega Wedding
videos, weddings May 18th, 2007Sometimes, with all the pressure surrounding the making of an Onsite Video, small mishaps are bound to happen. After sweating cold rivulets while trying to burn a dvd, figuring out the projector connections and finding a way to output from a laptop, we were able to show the piece.

I made sure to shoot mostly with my photographic lenses the whole time. That’s why tonight, I feel my arm is gonna fall off. The rig is frickin’ heavy.
Make up artist Madge Lejano with gorgeous bride Joanne.

I intentionally washed the entire video with warm colors to complement the intimacy of the wedding.

The last sequence is my favorite part - the veil, the lensflare, the kiss all come together.

Bloopers happen. You’re a rockstar but still human. Even it’s chaotic, you still make great on-sites.
Thanks man.
Thank you so much Jason for an excellent work of art. We truly love our onsite video. You’re still the man.
jayz, heard about it from karl & mimi a few hours ago. wonder what you were feeling at that time. hehe
another great vid, by the way.
@Bong
Jody started it! LOL
@Jason
Just like what Missy said, it was worth the wait. Akala ko pang Accidentally in Love na lang ang Counting Crows. But Colorblind for the onsite? Astig!
@Joanne
Glad you loved it. We had a great shooting your wedding and working amongst friends.
@bong
oh the feeling? balls in throat. ’nuff said
@mimi
thanks. gotta love that song.
you’re so beautiful badjao este joan. hehe. best wishes and god bless
Let me say this once: “I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE,LOVE, LOVE THIS VIDEO!!!”
Nice work, Sir J!!! I feel and share the pain of carrying a rig like yours…
Lemme guess… Canon lenses mounted on a secret video adapter? Try using these favourite lenses with your rig: 85mm f/1.2 portrait and 14mm f/2.8 rectilinear wide lens.
While you’re at it, maybe a monopod or a US$20,000 fully-geared Glidecam could ease that pain from your arms…
Keep up the great work!!!
