Media Whoring
weddings, whatnot May 14th, 2006And they said it couldn’t be done. So-not-cool profession gets featured in a fasion mag. Who woud’ve thunk it?

The May 2006 issue of Mega Magazine devotes a page to your humble pinoyvideomaker. I think it’s my favorite interview to date. No bull - “Wedding videography is not a stepping stone (to other forms of videomaking ), It’s an end-all and be-all for me.”
Here’s the full article.
Enjoy my fifteen minutes.

whoa! congratulations! haha! i’m a big fan of your video work; thus, i will grab a copy of that issue!! =)
best regards!
hey jason. its always great to be recognized for the work you do. especially when people typically underestimate the value of your vocation (because i think wedding videography is more than just a profession for you). Anyway, congratulations on your 15 minutes. Hopefully, if me and my gf push through with wedding plans (mostly hers, hahaha), I hope i can afford you. By then, your fifteen minutes of fame will have probably been extended to about 15 feature-lengths.
Very cool, Jason. Well-deserved accolades.
Will the full article be available online?
Congrats….you deserve this!!…you shot my parents Golden Anniversary last April and just thrilled with the preview video you gave us. Cant wait for the full video.
As I mentioned to you when we briefly talked, you produce great work. I have seen nothing like it even here in the U.S. (not even my in-laws wedding video who apparently paid $$8k for his videographer)
Hey, how come my parents video is not on your website? Are they too old? hehe
Congrats again…
Finally, got a copy of MEGA. Great article!
jason,
you continuously open doors for videographers like us! without you, wedding videos now wouldn’t be any different from that of 20 years ago.
cheers!
nice one jason my man. see you tuesday night bro
